Mud Run Training
Popularity of mud runs are on the rise - the Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash. Whichever is your poison, don't let your friends leave you in the dust - or the mud! Build up the necessary endurance to make it through the race and the strength to surpass obstacles including barbed wire mud crawls, wall, rope & uphill climbs, sled pulls, log carries, dodging gladiator jousters and jumping over fire. Then come join the team! We do a race at least once a year.
